About CHORIZO FUNK:
Texas born and raised, DJ Chorizo Funk joined Peligrosa in 2012 as one of the premiere sound selectors in the lone star state. His deep passion for music and technical skill behind the turntables guarantee a soulful experience on the dancefloor. He’s able to seamlessly mix and connect the dots amongst a wide range of genres such as Afro-Latin, Afrobeat, Funk, Soul, Hip Hop, and more. A 2013 Best of Austin Winner and 2012 Lords of Wax champion, Chorizo Funk is a certified party rocker who embodies the true school definition of a DJ: technical skill with his hands and an ever-growing music library embracing the best of the past, present, and future.

About VJ 4TH WALL (Peligrosa, TX):
Austin-born VJ and Visualist, 4th Wall (Muro4) joined Austin's Peligrosa crew in 2010. With roots in IDM, 4th Wall has done visual work for the likes of FourTet, Telefon Tel Aviv and RJD2. Peligrosa for life, and a founding member of the ATX beat collective known as Applied Pressure, we're super thrilled to see and learn from what VJ 4th Wall brings to the space visually.

About BOMBA CON BUYA:
Buya is a Chicago-based ensemble which aims to preserve and advance Bomba, Puerto Rico's oldest surviving African-rooted tradition. Buya means ‘good spirit’ in Taino, the language spoken among Puerto Rico’s indigenous population, and the group strives to embody this idea while advancing the tradition through performances, workshops, and community engagement. This includes artistic dialogue with historians and performers from Puerto Rico, and collaborative work with various Chicago-based musicians and dancers from Belize (Laruni Hati), Haiti (Tamboula), and Mexico (JaroChicanos).

About CUMBIASAZO:
Chicago's sporadic and nomadic Cumbia and Tropical Bass gathering, since 2011.
