Bomba and Plena Music: Video of the Week: Obanilú Iré Allende video by DennisFlores.com

I decided to start of new series. Every week (or from time to time) I'll select a Bomba or Plena video of week.

This week's video is a freestyle from Obanilu Ire Allende.  There's a lot going on in this video there's slow downs and speeds up and all kinds of technique on display.  I selected this video as the first "Video of the Week", because I think Bomba practitioners are very underestimated as percussionist.  This video demonstrates that Bomb is not to be taken lightly when it comes to percussion.

Enjoy,

D
