Video of the Week: Plena Sin Fronteras @ Camaradas el Barrio

This week's VOW is dedicated to Puerto Rican Day Parade and the 116th Street Festival,  Plena Sin Fronteras performed at Camaradas El Barrio on both Saturday and Sunday.  Here's a video of the group performing there during the 2012 festivities.
